DESCRIPTION
"This attribute specifies the transfer priority of frames sent to the
ATM connection using this particular Dlci.
In the Frame Relay to ATM direction, the tp is used to select the
ATM service category of the connection.
In the ATM to Frame Relay direction, the tp is used to select the
FrAtm emission priority queue.
A value of sameAsInterface specifies that the emission priority is to
be extracted from the FrAtm Ca component using the
siwfTransferPriority attribute.
