DESCRIPTION
"This attribute indicates the type of CR to UU mapping that is
performed in the Frame Relay to ATM direction.
A value of preserve indicates that the CR field in the Q.922 Core
frame is mapped directly to the ATM UU field of every cell
generated by the AAL5 segmentation process.
A value of always0 indicates that the UU field in every ATM cell
generated is set to 0."
