"This group contains the service parameters specific to this instance of DLCI. For PVCs, the values of attributes with the exception of measurementInterval should be identical to those in the group FrsDataLinkConnectionProv under the FrsUniServiceParametersProv component. For SVC's, the values of attributes may be different from the values provisioned under the Signaling subcomponent, if Q933 negotiations has occurred to alter service parameters."
