DESCRIPTION
"The nodeId is a number that uniquely identifies the Node
component instance in the Passport network. It is the identifier used
in the routing control packets sent by this node to other Passport
nodes in the network.
The nodeId, for each node in the network, is learned from the
Passport routing protocol packets."
