DESCRIPTION
"This attribute records the number of times that the bus tap was
unable to receive a frame from the bus because all of its bus receive
channels were in use. Each occurrence results in the loss of the
frame. This type of event may occur during normal operation of the
module, for example when the module is operating in single bus
mode; it may also be caused by a hardware fault.
The attribute's value wraps around to zero when it exceeds the
maximum permitted value."
