DESCRIPTION
"Cause for CPathOperStatus. Valid values are:
* establishConfirmationReceived - the data link
has been successfully established upon a local
request.
* establishIndicationReceived - the data link
has been successfully established upon its
peer request.
* releaseIndicationReceived - the data link has
failed because of either Layer 1 failure or
no frame exchange with the peer was possible
within the given time frame (after T203 timer
expiry, followed by T200 timer expiry N200
times)."
