DESCRIPTION
"Time-slot Management Channel (TMC) state
indicates when the line is off-hook.
Valid states are inService and permanentSignal.
The default value is inService.
A line in a permanent signal condition initiates
call clearing, during which time the RDT
disconnects the RDT line unit from the DS0
(time-slot) assigned to the call, and continues
to monitor the line. The RDT will report
the return to on-hook status."
