"If true, stations authenticating to the SSID
specified by awcDot11AuxSSIDIndex with the
corresponding dot11AuthenticationAlgorithm
must complete network-level EAP authentication
before they will be unblocked. If false,
stations authenticating with the corresponding
dot11AuthenticationAlgorithm will be unblocked
as soon as they complete the requirements of
802.11 authentication."
