"Toggle RTU Trap Send status.
The default value is enabled(2).
When Manager set this var to disabled(1), the RTU will not send trap
any more until Manager set it back to enabled(2) again;
adslAturConfigSystemTrapEnable will always start as enabled
when RTU boots up, and the modified value of adslAturConfigSystemTrapEnable
will not be saved when adslAturConfigSystemSave is set to 1(save).
Other values will be ignored."
