DESCRIPTION
"Setting this object to ignore(1) causes the eSTB to ignore
the IP mode TLV when received during normal operation
(e.g., when only the eCM is reset). The operator can then
schedule a Host reset at a less disruptive time.
When set to immediate(2), an IP Mode TLV change will result
in an immediate reset and disrupt all current Host
activity. The value of this object is persistent."
