DESCRIPTION
"The status of CableCARD/Host mutual authentication
and binding.
'unknown' means the binding state has not been determined.
For example, mutual authentication may not have
commenced or may be in process.
'invalidCertificate' means the Host failed to establish
device certificate authenticity.
'otherAuthFailure' corresponds to other failures in
establishing mutual authentication.
'bound' indicates that mutual authentication has succeeded
and CableCARD and Host are bound successfully."
