DESCRIPTION
"An ASN.1 encoding of the root OID of the
CableCARD MIB defined in the CC Manufacturers private
MIB name space. This OID will be compared against each
object identifier in the VARBIND contained within the
GetRequests, GetNextRequests, GetBulkRequests, and
SetRequests received by the Host2.x if the objects are not
in the Host2.x MIB. A match of OIDs root requires the Host
to send a corresponding request to the Card. A 0.0 value
explicitly states the Card does not support SNMP message
processing."
