DESCRIPTION
"The two-byte manufacturer identifier
acquired from the CableCard. The high order byte
defines the manufacturer as follows.
00xx = Motorola
01xx = Cisco (Scientific-Atlanta)
02xx = NDS
03xx = Conax
04xx = Nagravision
This can be used with version and root OID to enable
SNMP access to proprietary CC diagnostic information.
The lower order octet can be used to privately identify
product generation and derivatives."
