DESCRIPTION
"This attribute represents the state of a PP as seen by
the FP based on last PP/FP interaction.
The FP may report only the values 'idleLocked' and
activeLocked' for registered PPs.
Unregistered PPs are reported as 'unknown' or the latest
failure occurred such as 'easyPINFailed',
'easyPairingFailed'.
Note that in no-emission mode the FP may not accurately
report the PP state."
