DESCRIPTION
"This attribute represents the General FP capabilities.
A bit set to '1' indicates support of the specific
profile feature, a bit set to '0' indicates not support
of the profile feature. Bits are numbered left to right
(MSB = 0). The possible values are encoded starting from
bit a12 to a47. Bit a12 represents bit 0 of this
enumeration, a47 is bit 35 in this attribute encoding."
