"In the M-CMTS core a reference to
docsIfMCmtsDepiRsrcAllocIndex of
docsIfMCmtsDepiRsrcAllocTable as reported by the EQAM
during the DEPI session establishment process.
The number of PHBIDs in the entries referenced in
docsIfMCmtsDepiSessionConfigRsrcAllocReq and this object
may differ if the EQAM Host IP signals a partial list of
PBHIDs during the DEPI session establishment.
In the EQAM a value 0 indicates no reference to
docsIfMCmtsDepiRsrcAllocTable. A non-zero value indicates
the value of docsIfMCmtsDepiRsrcAllocIndex in
docsIfMCmtsDepiRsrcAllocTable as being signaled by the EQAM
to the M-CMTS Core."
