DESCRIPTION
"This attribute allows the longitude portion of the RPD's
geographic location to be written to the RPD. It consists
of a 10-byte long string formatted as specified in ISO 6709-2008.
The RPD uses '7-digit notation' in the format:
deg, min, sec, +/-DDDMMSS.S (for example: '-0100015.1').
A value of +0000000.0 indicates that the longitude is not set.
When this attribute is written, the RPD stores its value in its
non-volatile configuration."
