"This attribute controls resetting an RPD's local event log
and/or the pending event queue.
When this attribute is read, if it had been written, the RPD returns
the last value written. The RPD returns the value zero for this attribute
if it was not written. Setting an individual bit to 1 resets the corresponding
RPD log or queue."
