"Specifies whether a station configured for VBR traffic category conforms
to single or dual leaky bucket traffic shaping. Single leaky bucket means
the traffic is shaped to only a PCR. Dual bucket shaping means traffic is
shaped to PCR as well as SCR and MBS.
SINGLE - Single Bucket VBR
DUAL - Dual Bucket VBR."
