DESCRIPTION
"Physically performs a hardware reset of the unit.
Use with care. A reset (2) resets the unit, a
reset-to-defaults (3) resets the nonvolatile configuration
to factory defaults and then resets the unit, and noop (1)
does nothing. A value of noop (1) is always returned for a
GET operation."
