"This object refers to the total number of times that
customers place calls to a repertory of frequently called
numbers by dialing a 1-digit speed calling code.
Eight numbers(2 through 9) can be placed in the list for
POTS customers and six numbers (2 through 7) for Basic
Business Group (BBG) customers.
This counter is supported in ANSI and Japanese variants."
