"This field specifies the method to determine the health of the RADIUS server. If set to
useRFC5997StatusServerRequest(1), RFC 5997 Status-Server packets will be sent to the
primary server to determine it's health. If set to authorizeAsActualUser(0), access-request
messages for a specified user account will be sent to the primary server to determine it's health."
