"A mask of Portal table entries. Those Portal
entries indicated by a '1' in this mask were at one
time the servicing Portal for an MU that reported
hearing this AP.
For a rogue of limited range in the parking lot on
the north side of a store, it would be expected that
only the Portals located in the north end of the
store would be indicated by this mask, thus giving
a rough indication of general direction of the
rogue."
