"This value is a two-character representation of the country
code.
Note: when changing this _CountrySelection, the current channel and power levels are NOT changed. The prior settings for these values may or may not be valid/legal for the new country selected. It is up to the network management software to ensure that channel and/or power settings are changed BEFORE changing the country selection so that no such invalid/illegal state is reached, even for a short interim.
