DESCRIPTION
"This variable contains the current date and
time of the primary real time clock of the system.
The format is MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM where:
MM/DD/YYYY: is the month/day/year
HH:MM is the hours:minutes in
military time (hours from 00-23).
The user may SET the date, time, or date and time.
This time is assumed to represent the local time
at the physical site of the system. However, an
installation may set the date and time relative
to another reference, such as Greenwich England
(for Universal Time Clock) as desired."
