backwards compatibility for software \
versions prior to release 3.0. \
The value of this object represents a unique \
identifier used as the index into the \
ISDN Signaling Statistics counter reset table. \
This index specifies the particular row of counter \
objects to be reset (objects defined in the ISDN \
Signaling Statistics table in the MIB file rfc2127.mib). \
This index has the identical value as the object \
isdnSignalingIndex (also defined in the MIB \
file rfc2127.mib).;
