DESCRIPTION "Options to initiate different type of tests or to terminate the tests.
Option 2 allows monitoring of the level of the input voice signal. Option
3 verifies that the voice channel is working properly. Option 4 causes
the voice channel to compress the local speech signal and then to pass
this signal through the reconstruction process back to the local receiver."
