DESCRIPTION
"Operational status of the Sonet port. Port is inService
if the admin state is enabled and the admin mode is in
service. Port is outOfService if admin state is enabled,
admin mode is out of service, and port is no longer
carrying calls (dried up). Port is dryingUp if admin
state is enabled, admin mode is out of service, and
port is drying up (no new calls, still carrying
in-progress calls). Port is inServiceDown if admin state
is enabled, admin mode is in service, but physical link
is not available due to alarm condition. Port is
outOfServiceDown if admin state is enabled, admin mode is
out of service, but physical link is not available due to
alarm condition. Port is disabled if admin state is
disabled, admin mode is out of service, and port is no
longer carrying calls (dried up)."
