DESCRIPTION
"The administrative status of a Sonet port. EnabledInService
means the port configuration is applied and the port is
available to carry calls. EnabledOutOfService means the port
configuration is applied and the port is not available to carry
calls. Disabled means the port configuration is not applied
and the port is not available to carry calls. DryingUp means
the port is still carrying in-progress calls but is not available
for new calls. Value deleted is NO LONGER SUPPORTED."
