DESCRIPTION
"This table contains information about each shelf which is
configured to be a member of the node. This table describes
the configured characteristics of each shelf, including the
shelve's identity (sonusNodeShelfAdmnIpaddr1 and
sonusNodeShelfAdmnIpaddr2). A row must be created by the
manager for every slave shelf that is to join the master shelf
as part of the node. Slave shelves which do not have correct
entries in this table, can not join the node.
A management entity may create rows for shelves that are
anticipated to join the node in the future."
