"It is a text string in the following form, based on Unix:
'Mmm -d hh:mm:ss yyyy'. 'Mmm' is the first three letters
of the English name of the month. '-d' is the day of month.
A single-digit day is preceded by the space. 'hh:mm:ss' is
a 24-hour representations of hours, minutes, and seconds.
A single-digit hour is preceded by a zero. 'yyyy' is the
four-digit year. An example is: 'Jan 1 02:03:04 2002'."
