STATUS current
DESCRIPTION "This object is used to create, or delete a row in this table.
To start process of creating a new shelf, this object is initially
set to 'createAndWait'. After this action the state of this object
becomes 'notReady'. This object stays in this state until all required
objects are not set. Objects which must be set are indicated by special
objects with capabilities(provisioningShelfTypeCap -> provisioningShelfType,
provisioningShelfAdminCap -> provisioningShelfAdmin). If specjal object
exist, the indicated object have to be set by one of values specified in
special object. If all required objects are set, state of this object
becomes 'notInService'. To create a new shelf, this object have to be set
to 'active'."
