DESCRIPTION
"A Breaker notification is sent when the specified breaker has
tripped or been manually reset. The breaker may have tripped
due to a short circuit, excessive current being drawn, or by
an excessively high incoming voltage. This failure is cleared
when the breaker is manually reset. If the breaker is manually
opened, no trap will be sent."
