DESCRIPTION
"An interfaces generates this notification when one of the
following events occur:
1) One of the performance counters maintained by the far-end line
entity associated with a SONET/SDH interface has crossed an
established threshold.
2) The far-end line entity associated with a SONET/SDH interface
experiences a failure.
3) The far-end line entity associated with a SONET/SDH interface
clears a failure condition.
The interface only generates a notification for one of these events
if the corresponding enable bit is set to one in the instance of
aviciSonetFarEndLineEventEnable associated with the interface."
