"This variable specifies a threshold for the number of Far End
Unavailable Seconds encountered by a SONET/SDH path entity in the
current fifteen minute interval. If the value of

value in the current fifteen minute interval, then a single
aviciSonetFarEndPathEvent notification will be generated."
