"This variable specifies the type of events that will be generated for
this corresponding SONET/SDH path entity. The value represents a
vector of bits, each controlling a unique event:
- Bit 0 Rising threshold alarm, sonetSectionCurrentESs.
- Bit 1 Rising threshold alarm, sonetSectionCurrentSESs.
- Bit 2 Reserved.
- Bit 3 Rising threshold alarm, sonetSectionCurrentCVs.
