DESCRIPTION
"This variable specifies whether the interface is in a loopback mode
of operation. Furthermore, if the interface is in a loopback mode of
operation, then this variable specifies the type of loopback being
applied to the interface. A line loopback is an externally applied
loopback. For example, the SONET/SDH MUX can provide a loopback for the
interface. This type of loopback is a line loopback. An internal
loopback is an internally applied loopback. Typically the interface's
PHY controller provides an interface's internal loopback."
