DESCRIPTION
"Notification about the succesfull delete of a port. Could be send as a collection trap. That means,
this notification could contain more then one ifIndex. In case of a card deletion
sequence, normaly a large number of PortDeleted-notifications are needed. In such a
case, it is possible to send only one notification which contain the ifIndeces of all
deleted port's for the entPhysicalIndex of this card."
