DESCRIPTION
"Notification about port creation. Could be send as a collection trap. That means,
this notification could contain more then one ifIndex. In case of a card creation
sequence, normaly a large number of PortCreated-notifications are needed. In such a
case, it is possible to send only one notification which contain the ifIndeces of all
created port's for the entPhysicalIndex of this new card."
