DESCRIPTION
"Flag. If set '1' then the information
in All objects of tmuStations group is not
up to date any more: Some changes have
occurred and a new, up to date Stationsing
configuration can not be supplied.
In that case, the information in tmuStations group
remains true for the update time as specified
above but not for the current time.
