DESCRIPTION "This object contains the Ip address (4 byte),
Access (1 byte) and Community (0 to
31 byte). If the Ip address is zero
then any ip address is allowed. The
Access can take the values
readOnly(1) and readWrite(2). If

then any value of community is allowed."
