Description:

Indicates the mode to be used for building the forwarding table i.e, whether IP based or MAC address based. The hardware should support programming of S,G and *,G entries for IGS/MLDS to operate in 'ipbased' mode. If the hardware supports only MAC based multicast tables then 'macbased' mode should be chosen
