"SNMP user admin status(1:logon,2:logoff).
Visual local craft terminal (LCT).
Options:
1. logon(1) -indicates that the user can be set to go online.
2. logoff(2) -indicates that the user can be set to go offline.
The user needs to be bound with the hwSNMPUserType object
when the user is set to go online."
