DESCRIPTION
"The AP's deploy mode in an AP region.
discreteDeploy - all the APs in the region is deployed discretely. There
is no disturbance between APs. Every AP works at the maximum power.
normalDeploy - APs in the region is deployed sparsely. Ap works at 50%
of the maximum power at least.
discreteDeploy - APs in the region is deployed densely. Ap works at 25%
of the maximum power at least."
