"This variable can be used to identify the operational
state of the Multi-Point MAC Control sublayer as
defined in [802.3ah] clause 64. Selecting olt(1) for an
OLT (server) mode and onu(2) for an ONU (client) mode.
Writing can be done during only during initialization,
when h3cDot3MpcpOperStatus indicates Flase.
This attribute is relevant for an OLT and an ONU."
