DESCRIPTION
"This object represents the state of this card. oosBySwitch(2)
indicates that the switch has taken the card out of service.
oosByHost(3) indicates that the host has taken the card out of
service. standbyByHost(4) indicates that the host has put the card
in a standby state. If this object is generalHWFailure(5), then the
card is off-line and must be serviced. needsSystemSW(6) indicates
that System Software needs to be downloaded to the switch."
