DESCRIPTION
"This attribute initiates or terminates remote loopback with
an OAM peer. Value startRemoteLoopback(2) of this attribute
indicates the local OAM client to send a loopback OAMPDU to the
OAM peer with the loopback enable flags set. Value
stopRemoteLoopback(3) of this attribute indicates the local
OAM client to send a loopback OAMPDU to the OAM peer with the
loopback enable flags cleared. Value noLoopback(1) to this
attribute has no effect.
The attribute always returns noLoopback on a read. To
determine the loopback status, use the attribute
cienaCesOamLoopbackStatus."
