DESCRIPTION
"This field is used to allow the application to determine if the specifiedfile is currently open or if it has been closed by the device. The values
are:
-fileOpen = data file is currently open (still being written to).
-fileClosed = data file has been closed by the device.
-fileLocked = data file is locked by the device, it cannot be downloaded atthis time.
-fileOpenLocked = data file is currently open and cannot be downloaded at thistime (for example, may be writing to a FLASH storage media)"
