"Allows management of the parameters used to configure a study (this row of
this table). The SYNTAX definition allows to create,delete, disable, or editthe row. If a study is deleted from this table, the device shall delete allrows in any other table that references that study. It is highly recommended
that the application make every attempt to keep the study number sequential(reuse study numbers that have been deleted)."
