DESCRIPTION
"Defines the parameters to map selected filters to each of the defined
studies.
This is a double-indexed table, with both indices defined in previous tables.
The table can be managed thru dcmStudyFilterMapRowAdmin object.
Multiple filters may be assigned to the same study. The first two filters
assigned to a study shall be processed, the result of that processed with the
next filter assigned to the study, and so on."
